The governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in Lagos, Gbadebo Rodes-Vivour in a Twitter post, alleged intimation of voters across the state and accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the Police of complicity.
Gbadebo explained that
fom all over Lagos, they are getting distressing reports of voter intimation, voter suppression, he further added that lot of areas were under intense attacks by thugs and hooligans of the APC, that should there be any breakdown of law and order in the state, the law enforcement agencies should know who to grab.
He thereafter called on INEC, most especially, and the police not to set Lagos State on fire, appealing that the INEC REC and everybody involved in this election should make sure they do the right thing and create at least the perception and the actuality of a free and fair election.
In response to him, the All Progressive People’s Publicity Secretary in the state, Seye Oladeji says alleged threat by Labour Party’s governorship candidate, Rhodes- Vivour at the Saturday’s election shows his lack of sportsmanship, stressing that the LP candidate is playing victim, he stated that it’s supporters APC were attacked and harrased during the process.
Oladejo stressed that the APC has no need to be violent because of the glittering credentials of Babajide Sanwo- Olu, who will never be associated with violence.
Seye Oladejo, spokesperson of the APC in Lagos, described the LP as “bad losers”.
The governorships and house of assembly elections is still ongoing in some areas of Lagos State.

It was glaring that before the election, LP candidature indigenous tribe was question due to taunting of original Lagos indegene by calling their land no man's land, and coming to it that he can't speak the language of his fatherland but another, that's a minus.
LP would have done better if they did not introduce no man's Land campaign and by embracing indegenous people More.
Anyway violence in anyway like words, or physical should not be a main stay in politics
