This is a story about invention. Six years ago, the first child of a Bayelsa family was born with a jaundiced condition that required blood transfusion and phototherapy for survival.
Today, the couple has invented the Light-Emitting Diode-based Phototherapy machine to deal with Neonatal Jaundice which is one of the main causes of CerebralPalsy. Mr. and Mrs. Oboro share a soul-lifting story with ARISE News Correspondent Ovieteme George.
